This 52 sqm, two-room apartment is part of a trio of rental units designed for a high-end residential complex in Brașov. With a refined yet neutral aesthetic, the interior balances style and practicality, appealing to a wide range of potential tenants.

Design Concept & Approach
The project focused on maximizing space efficiency while maintaining a modern and elegant feel. Each of the three apartments was given a distinct personality through unique color palettes and carefully selected finishes. Durable, easy-to-maintain materials, such as taupe and wood-textured panels, were combined with anthracite gray accents and decorative moldings for a sophisticated touch.

Living Room: A custom-built storage solution seamlessly integrates a dining area, optimizing space without compromising openness. A soft pink sofa adds warmth and contrast.

Kitchen: A challenging layout was transformed into a functional and stylish space with a decorative range hood as the focal point.

Bedroom: Serving as both a sleeping area and workspace, the room is visually divided with a pastel-toned portal effect on the walls and ceiling.
