M'DAM is a development in collaboration with BMB development, De Groot Vroomshoop and Wooncompagnie. M'DAM consists of 62 apartments ranging from 50, 65, 76 and 110 m2. M'DAM is made up of 106 modules in total. Together with De Groot Vroomshoop, BMB development and Wooncompagnie, we started the construction of M'DAM in February 2021, which was completed 9 months later! The M'DAM project consists of: 62 apartments for social sale, social rent and private sector sale. The building is energy neutral and will be constructed modularly from 106 modules of solid wood.
