Mokotow House

Three main colours of this 2-levels house in Warsaw are black, red and wooden brown. The wooden table and kitchen give a warmth touch to the interior design, red, represented by the stairs and the chairs, contributes to the effervescence of the house, black colour ensure the grace and refinement also thanks to Bell suspended lamp in black fabric. The building of 240 sqm was completely redesigned. The starting point for the project was a reference to the history of the building. The architects kept the original piece of balustrade on the staircase and made the stairs look old in order to create a continuation of the preserved element. The library which is two storeys high was supported by a steel column that was specifically designed for this project.
