The Garden of the Palm  is located in the Garden City of Bam in Kerman Province. This project was entrusted to us when its skeleton had already been constructed. The client was dissatisfied with the previously designed plan. They even felt that adding columns to increase the building's area would be better for them, and they had implemented this change.

The building was designed as a single story. When we visited the project and reviewed the previous plans, we noticed significant flaws. For instance, the best view of the garden was allocated for the parking area, and the ceiling height was low. Another part of the plan, which was suitable for the living area, was no longer appropriate due to the incorrect execution of the skeleton and the reduced span of the columns, leaving it unsuitable for living space. Other issues were also observed in the plan. We decided to make revisions to the plan and address its flaws as much as possible.

Simultaneously with the plan revisions, we also designed the facade and the garden layout based on the existing conditions to bring the estate closer to what the client needed and preferred. This project is currently under construction. We eagerly await your feedback.
