Modern villa of 515m2 with view to the mountain as well as the sea. Situated on one of the best Athenian suburbs of Greece. Five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool, a waterfall in the dining room and a garden nearly 500m2 wait to offer hospitality to the large circle of friends that the villa's owners have. "Small details of this house make it similar to a Tokyo or New York apartment", says Annita Nathanail, owner of the private villa and famous TV host in Greece. The project created by Dimitris Economou, locally based interior designer, has all newest features a super modern villa should have; under floor heating, central air conditioning, self-cleared glass panels, heated pool, home cinema, elevator, telephone exchange in every room. Spaces are comfortable and very bright, a lot of furniture are from Italian brand name designers apart from them that had to be created from the designer to cover special needs of the project. Minimal mood is kept in all house. All rooms are dominated by quality wallpapers, fine fabrics hidden lighting and quality sound system so that every guest can enjoy music or films. Water is essential in the house decor. The existing rock was kept in the dining room and was transformed into waterfall since the owner believes in the positive energy of the running water.
