Stylish penthouse full of art and designer furniture. The 190 m2 penthouse on the 41st floor with panoramic windows offers 360-degree views of Moscow cityscape.

The key point is the impossibly high ceilings that create an airy, open atmosphere. The layout includes a big living room with a kitchen and dining area, a master suite, two children's rooms, a study, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. The soaring ceilings flood the space with light, while the panoramic windows offer stunning views of Moscow City, the Moscow River, Vorobyovy Hills, and beyond.

The core of this design project is dark monochrome finishes that are great for furniture in neutral colors and with sophisticated shapes. The design process was challenging due to the angular panoramic windows. We chose a curvy sofa by Edra and armchairs by Moroso to highlight the unique shape of the space. Designing a luxury interior requires a delicate balance - fulfilling the client’s vision while creating elegant space.

The penthouse was designed not for a specific client, but for demonstration and future sales. That is why before developing the concept, we imagined the portrait of the potential owner. Could it be a single entrepreneur, a celebrity couple, or a family with children? We decided to show how this penthouse could be planned for a modern family with children or planning to have them. We settled on a contemporary concept with designer furniture and art to create a warm, inviting atmosphere while maintaining a gallery-like sophistication.

This penthouse is designed to be both a comfortable home for its owners and an impressive space for entertaining guests—a place that wows from the moment they step inside. The challenge was to combine everyday comfort with wow-effect, making the 5.2-meter-high ceilings feel not only grand but also comfortable to live with.
