The Prudent Apartment project was conceived for a family, a couple, and their two daughters. The original layout was completely redesigned to meet the couple's needs.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a spacious area that integrates: the kitchen, dining room, living room, and barbecue area, providing a sense of unity in the space.

The kitchen is an example of elegance and functionality, with clean lines and high-quality materials. Its island-shaped design allows you to cook easily while staying connected with guests in the adjacent living room. This welcoming environment strengthens emotional bonds and helps promote special moments.

The dining room features an avocado-shaped table that not only promotes circulation but also adds fun and creativity to the space. It also includes a metal shelf and built-in cabinet, combining decoration, practicality, and functionality harmoniously.

The living room is the epitome of comfort, with a light design, few adornments, less information and distraction, an important aspect when creating this conducive environment for rest and relaxation. A multifunctional cart serves as a side table for the sofa, providing a convenient place to support essential items or display decorative pieces. Carefully selected wall fixtures provide soft indirect lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The barbecue area is not only equipped with a wine cellar and beer fridge to cater to guests who love entertaining, but also features a tray-shaped bar with indirect lighting, highlighting its contents.

With a hybrid work routine, the couple chose to allocate a portion of the living room to a private office. A clean environment with ergonomic furniture, a space conducive to productivity and creativity.

The master bedroom is spacious and designed to meet the couple's needs. Its minimalist decoration creates a serene retreat, while functionality is present in every detail, from smart storage to the strategic arrangement of furniture.

The baby's room has been carefully decorated with soft olive, gray, and blush tones, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. Meanwhile, the older daughter's room features a Montessori bed, designed to promote the child's independence, making it a space that stimulates her growth and autonomy.
