The main idea for this concept is to create the icon building for Saipan, a building capable to attract people and tourist from all over the world, so the concept, the layout and the materials are in modern style. Inside this new building we planned 3 main functions: Resort, Casino and a Free tax Shopping Mall. The Casino and the Duty-free Shopping Mall are in the building's podium, together with the Resort's Lobby. Above the podium we planned the Resort.
Project Description Resort The resort will have all the rooms facing the beach and the sea. As a 5 stars Hotel all rooms layout are composed by a big bathroom, with separate WC, Bars, small living room and queen size bed or double bed. All rooms have a closed terrace, because of the casino, with a small spa area facing the wonderful Saipan's sea view. The lobby has an exhibition area, and is connected with both the Casino and the Free tax Shopping Mall. There are two swimming pools. The main one is close to the beach, with a bar, and the other one is on the podium.
Casino The casino is situated inside the podium and composed by two main areas. One is for table's and roulette games, the other one is for slot machines. The VIP area is situated on the second floor. There are also two lounge bars inside the two different areas, a small restaurant located on the first floor, and a bigger restaurant located in the second floor.
Free Tax Shopping Mall The Duty-free Shopping Mall is located in the podium. Is composed by small and medium shops. This facility is planned to get customer also from outside the hotel, and to become a tourist destination.
