The icon of Ahmedabad sky line has a new companion. Design by IGNITUS ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO. ELEMENTS – THE CENTRAL PARK, one of its kind most luxurious residential apartments scheme at Law Garden Ahmedabad.
An extraordinary creative amalgamation of design, technology & experience has resulted in a new landmark for a city. The Central Park endorses and encourages community living inclusive of quality public spaces. The idea was to achieve the connection with the prime elements of nature i.e. Earth, Water, Air & Fire through the creation of spaces and amenities.
The approach was to design living spaces organized and planned enough to facilitate multi-family needs and revitalizing public and private spaces. This whole aspect outlined the incredible journey to create a residential abode amidst nature.
Aesthetics part of the design is a spontaneous response to the site contexts. Its genesis lies in the need to integrate social housing into the urban fabric and the architect’s ethical obligation towards the society to endorse community living for positive impact on the valued lifestyles of the society.The design philosophy embraces and encourages atmospheric setting for relaxation.
The complexity of the structured is tautly balanced and simplified by the front garden of plot and the famous ‘Law Garden’ across the road. All the units are meticulously planned and have view of this naturally integrated green space filled with chirping of birds, rippling water bodies, pathways and benches. Terrace garden, further help in creating a large social area and sit-outs for gatherings.
The central Park features three layers of greenery, the landscaping. The huge trees and the terrace with have been converted into garden, activity zones and hangout place.The ground level acts like a huge clubhouse and aninteraction zone with reading area, a gym, a meeting room and a home theatre.
The material palette featured exposed concrete, aluminum powder coated window, DGU glass, marble and Eco-friendly paint. All car parks have been accommodated in basement to make the ground floor clear of any vehicular activities for the safety of residents.
The Central Park is also designed to Leed certified green building norms.
