Spreading royalty all over its vicinity is ‘The Ivory Royale’, 23DC Architects’ latest architectural marvel. It’s a classical residence that makes all your palatial dreams come true. The client witnessed the massive grandeur of 23DC’s magnum opus ‘The Grand Alabaster’ and fell in love with the sheer brilliance of its luxurious architecture.

He sought to recreate Grand Alabaster’s splendor in their own project. And here it is, The Ivory Royale, a classical masterpiece with every ounce of modern luxury imaginable.

At the heart of "Ivory Royale" is a grand staircase designed to make a striking entrance, serving as the focal point around which the entire house was meticulously crafted.

The main essence of the house is in its detailing. Every nook and corner you wander into will surprise you with the most intricate of intricacies.

To make it a true palatial residence, a play of corridors and passages was added to the mix. The interconnected routes and corridors of the house not just add to the character but also bathe it in a sense of luxury. They also smoothly provide an interaction between the indoors and outdoors as you can experience nature everywhere and anywhere in this house.

As there was a size constraint horizontally, the architects have marvelously played with the height of the house. With an impressive use of double and triple height-ed columns, a much deserving wow factor was created in reference to the grandeur of the house.

With a patio and a French garden, the landscape of the house has a French touch to it. For the sheer love 23DC has for natural landscapes and for not making the site look like a concrete jungle, an entrance lawn was added to create a balance. So, as you enter this beautiful residence, you are greeted with the softness and calmness of nature.

The rooms in this house are the super deluxe presidential suites. Being a combined space increases the grandeur and creates a sense of luxury. Even after being a combined space, the architects always plan the design in such a way that everyone still gets their privacy.

The master bedroom was planned in a way where the sunset is visible right outside the window. The client, being a lover of divine sunsets, can easily enjoy them from the comfort of the room. The scenery is so beautiful, and the room is so perfectly planned that the window acts as a frame for the spectacular sunset.

The backyard garden gives full privacy to the residents with its overgrown hedges. Nature can be witnessed from everywhere in this house, even from the formal living!

Coming to the aesthetic of this house, it is a beautiful amalgamation of English architecture and Indian Art. The English architecture is what designs the house, but the Indian art is what defines the house. Everywhere you stroll here, you will find a touch of Indian art adorning the space. Be it the formal living’s walls lined with Raja Ravi Verma’s paintings or the intricate Indian carvings on the furniture. Together it makes the most beautiful combination of an Anglo-Indian aesthetic. The furniture is kept classical, and the style complements the palatial grandeur of the house. The Indian art and paintings add to the charm. It is such an intricately and beautifully designed combination that the English architecture becomes the background, and the Indian Art and detailing are highlighted in all their glory. The crystal chandeliers and the flooring with integrated details add to the character of the house.

The kitchen of the house was kept minimal English where the client could work and cook. The client wanted an island kitchen with an abundance of natural light. Along with the minimal English aesthetic, the kitchen as well, is adorned with intricate Indian elemental detailing called Karigari.

The terrace area is designed for gatherings and parties. It is a beautiful space with an open sitting, a home theatre and gym. The design is a majestic work of Ivory arches and palm trees which makes the house more regal. Adding to this lavish regality are the Indian paintings lining the walls. Providing an Indian touch to every place we design is always on our mind. At the end of the day, the whole house is designed in such a way that the architecture acts as a gallery for the Indian Art displayed in the house.
