The exterior of this rehabilitated industrial building, which includes a sizable new roof-top addition, is delineated and unified by a sleek façade of steel gray granite punctuated by eight-foot windows. Mirrored glass lines the recesses rising from the third floor along the edges of the building’s stonework and along that of its immediate neighbors. The twelve floors of this modified edifice, which features one unit per floor, set a design standard among first new loft construction projects in Chelsea. The top floor apartment features a full roof terrace. The ground floor includes a two-story retail space.
