An Integrated Fashion Campus Connecting Education, Design, Production, and Retail

The Thread Hub is a mixed-use office and commercial building designed as an integrated environment where education, creativity, production, and retail are seamlessly connected. Rather than functioning solely as a workplace or a shopping destination, the project creates a complete ecosystem for the growth of a fashion brand and its future professionals.

The ground floor is dedicated to the brand's showroom and retail spaces, establishing a direct relationship between the products and the public. The upper levels accommodate administrative offices, fashion design studios, pattern-making, and garment production departments, allowing every stage of the design and manufacturing process to exist within a single building.

The project's defining concept is the integration of education with professional practice. Training spaces are embedded within the working environment, enabling interns to gain hands-on experience alongside designers, managers, and production teams. This approach transforms learning into an active professional experience rather than a separate educational process.

Successful trainees are offered employment within the company or introduced to other branches of the brand, creating a continuous pathway from education to career development. The building therefore functions as both a workplace and a talent incubator, where knowledge is transformed into opportunity.

Architecturally, the vertical organization of the building reflects this journey. Public retail spaces activate the lower levels, while increasingly specialized workspaces occupy the upper floors, expressing a progression from public engagement to creativity, expertise, and professional growth.

More than a mixed-use development, The Thread Hub represents a contemporary model for the fashion industry—an environment where learning, making, working, and commerce coexist within one cohesive architectural vision.
