The Vagão House is arranged longitudinally across the site, taking advantage of the open views toward the mountains to the south. Conceived as a dry and efficient construction system, the house is organized through two clearly defined volumes. The private areas are concentrated in a suspended upper pavilion, while the social spaces occupy the ground floor and open almost entirely toward the garden.

This configuration creates a continuous relationship between interior and exterior, allowing the living spaces to extend into the landscape. The elevated volume also provides shade and protection to the spaces below, while reinforcing the horizontal character of the house. Structure, construction logic and orientation work together to define an architecture that is direct and lightweight, where the spatial organization responds simultaneously to the landscape, the climate and the desire for a faster construction process.
