Verint offices

Setter Architects as Interior Architects

There is no doubt that COVID19 has changed the way we work nowadays. More and more we meet companies that are looking for hybrid and collaborative workspaces. It is inevitable that this will affect how today's offices will look like.

The office should be flexible and provide many meeting and gathering areas. Options for alternative work and meeting areas, which depart from the norms that were known and familiar to us.

Thus, in the design of Verint's new offices, we tried to create a work environment that would convey a different and unconventional perception.

We created two anchors in the floor:
One main entrance faces the reception area and a work lounge.

The concept was to create an alternative work area in a lounge style. The inspiration came from the worlds of airport and hotel lounges. The furniture is in a uniform design and in subdued colors, behind is a service counter for drinks and light refreshments. Surrounding are meeting rooms of various sizes.
Next to the lounge is a large conference room and a training room.

Another entrance faces the second anchor: the main cafeteria. The atmosphere we were looking to create there is more colorful, playful and dynamic. An exit from the cafeteria leads you out to a green roof terrace with garden furniture and garland lamps. There employees can rest, work or eat in the open-air and green surrounding.

The work areas around these two anchors are divided into neighborhoods adapted to the size of the teams.

Meeting rooms of various sizes are nearby and support the work areas.

Most of the conference rooms are furnished with informal furniture, which allows employees to conduct meetings in a collaborative and relaxed manner.

Alternative work and meeting corners were scattered near the workstations: open booths, workstations with treadmills and various acoustic elements.

The colors of the project adhered to the company's brand colors and mark the public and collaborative areas.
