Villa S is a private residence designed by A3H Atelier d'Architecture, where contemporary lines meet the warmth of natural materials. The composition is defined by cantilevered volumes clad in thermo-treated wood slats, deep charcoal stone panels and frameless glass balustrades — a facade that filters light throughout the day and turns golden at dusk.

The heart of the project is the seamless dialogue between inside and outside. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the double-height living spaces onto a landscaped garden structured around a centennial olive tree, mature palms and lush Mediterranean planting. The outdoor pool, with its submerged loungers on a shallow ledge, extends the living area into the water.

Below, an entire floor is devoted to wellness and leisure: an indoor pool beneath a fiber-optic starry ceiling, a hammam carved in Calacatta marble with backlit stone columns, a private cinema, a fully equipped gym and a games lounge with a bespoke glass-and-brass billiard table. A sculptural staircase, its walnut handrail underlined by a continuous ribbon of warm LED light, connects the levels and frames the garden like a living painting.
