Petersen Cover™ is a handmade clay tile designed for both facades and roofs, offering a seamless and sculptural building envelope. Each tile is individually shaped and water-struck, resulting in a tactile, matte finish with subtle colour variations that bring warmth and texture to architectural surfaces.
From a sustainability perspective, Cover™ is made from natural clay, is fully recyclable, and has an exceptionally long lifespan (often over 100 years), reducing the need for replacement. Its handcrafted production results in minimal waste, and Petersen Tegl’s energy-efficient kilns and use of locally sourced materials further lower the product’s environmental footprint.
