OTIIMA Plus is a minimal aluminium window and sliding door system designed for large-format glazed openings with flush framing and ultra-slim sightlines. Developed for residential and commercial applications, the system accommodates fixed glazing, sliding panels, corner openings, pivot doors, and concealed pocket configurations while maintaining a continuous visual relationship between interior and exterior spaces.
The Plus system is available in 26 mm glass featuring insulated glass or non-insulated monolithic glass panels, 38 mm insulated glass suited to warm and moderately colder climates, and 54 mm triple-pane insulated glass panels designed for colder climates, noise reduction, and impact performance.
From a sustainability and performance perspective, the system incorporates thermally broken aluminium framing and insulated glazing designed to support airtightness, weather resistance, and long-term envelope performance. The 54 Series can achieve thermal transmittance values down to Uw 1.07 W/m²K with triple glazing, while the broader system range supports high levels of acoustic insulation and durability. Flush tracks and concealed framing also contribute to longevity and ease of maintenance within high-use architectural settings.
