About Plexwood Panel two-sided
Panel two-sided is suitable for both doors, furniture and dividing walls, staircases and podium when visible from more than one side, making it a very multifunctional product.
Panel two-sided is standard available in Birch, Beech, Oak, Pine, Pine/Ocoumé, Meranti, Ocoumé, Poplar and Deal in two veneer thicknesses, and a variable thickness of the substrate.
Our materials are produced on demand to meet your specific technical or sustainability requirements, specials are made at request. Plexwood is, for instance, suitable for homes, restaurants, offices, schools, health care, institutions, airports and retail environments.
Characteristics for wall, door, ceiling and furniture
Panel two-sided is a 3-layer wood product, consisting of an mdf or plywood substrate, with a Plexwood veneer on two sides. The lining of the Plexwood is standard 0° long grain (l) or 90° cross grain (l).
We offer a wide range of substrates in various thicknesses, such as mdf or plywood E1 or E05, mdf or plywood TSCA compliant or mdf zero-added formaldehyde, mdf or plywood fire retardant (Euroclass B), mdf moisture resistant V313, colour-stained mdf (black, brown, yellow, orange, red, purple, green, blue or grey), door- and sandwich panels, lightweight and maritime panels and many other options. Many of these substrates are also available with FSC/PEFC certifications when needed.

Characteristics for staircase and podium
Panel two-sided is also available in a variation suitable staircase and podium, in that case a plywood substrate is most common in combination with a thicker veneer of 4.5 mm/0.18" Plexwood. The lining of the Plexwood is standard 0° long grain (l) or 90° cross grain (l).
We offer a wide range of substrates in various thicknesses, such as plywood TSCA compliant or plywood fire retardant (Euroclass B). Many of these substrates are also available with FSC/PEFC certifications when needed.
