Big Glass Openings presents a Slim-Line, thermally-broken aluminum window system with air infiltration at or below .01cfm/ft² and an insulated glass unit with R-values between 15.4 and 18.3.
Vacuum-insulated glazing, first attempted in 1913, has recently been refined to the extent where it is now a viable option for use in commercial and residential fenestration applications. Combining this "VIG" technology into a super air-tight window and door frame, creates a fenestration super-system.
