“tendo” is a chair with delicate elegance, created by the designers from Delugan Meissl Industrial Design. The filigree wooden design of “tendo” blends with the stainless steel support structure, thereby combining graceful elegance and stability. The combination of the materials employed is the decisive design element giving “tendo” a special touch of lightness. Materiality and form combine into a shell chair of high comfort and simple handling for row linking, transport and storage.
Precise balancing of the material properties for their respective functions enables the eco-friendly configuration of all the components and facilitates economical manufacturing of the final product. For its outstanding design, “tendo” was awarded with the iF design award 2015 as well as with the Good Design Award 2015.
