Woodfac Click is an open, fire-safe wooden facade system that combines design, aesthetics and flexibility like no other. Wooden lamellae are mounted on a robust aluminium structure — horizontally or vertically, at exactly the spacing and expression you want — letting you play with light, shadow and material combinations for a lively, dynamic architecture.
It is the only wood facade system on the market with full B-s1,d0 and B-s2,d0 fire classification, fire-tested and approved to EN 14915 and EN 16755 — suitable even for buildings with the strictest fire-protection requirements. The lamellae use FSC®- or PEFC™-certified wood, protected by a Cradle-to-Cradle-certified flame retardant made from 100% natural substances: non-toxic, VOC-free and fully biodegradable.
Thermal treatment gives the wood dimensional stability and a service life of 50+ years (30+ for some species), while the cladding stays maintenance-free — moisture- and rot-resistant, with no painting or surface treatment after installation. Mounted entirely without visible screws and with integrated thermal movement, the facade avoids drill holes, internal stress and deformation. Wood options include Thermal Ash, Thermal Pine, Premium Thermal Pine, Western Red Cedar, Thermal Ayous and Accoya.
Modular and plug-and-play — three components in three steps — Woodfac Click suits both new build and renovation, with rear ventilation easily integrated into existing structures. The aluminium substructure uses Greenline® aluminium (100% recycled, 1.8 kg CO₂-eq./kg vs. 11.1 for primary).
