The project involves the construction of a contemporary-style duplex building on an undeveloped plot located in the center of the Municipality of Stra (VE), an area characterized by a heterogeneous urban fabric with houses dating back to the 1960s and 1980s, making the context quite fragmented. The goal is to introduce a structure that, while respecting the historical identity of the neighborhood, stands out for its modern and functional architecture.

The building will consist of two residential units, in line with the owner's request, with a careful balance between privacy and integration into the urban context. Each unit will feature a functional design, with large windows that allow natural light to enter and a layout that optimizes living comfort. The arrangement of common and private areas will ensure the rational use of space, with particular attention to livability and the well-being of the residents.

The design will address not only the building envelope but also the interior furnishings, aiming to create a coherent and harmonious environment. The interiors will be characterized by modern materials such as wood, glass, and metal finishes, which will help define an elegant and contemporary atmosphere.
