The alternating assembly of the houses resembles the grown pattern of the surrounding development. The buildings with ridged roofs are a contemporary interpretation of the typical regional  single family houses.

The access of each house is a foyer with a big open space which grants different views over all stories. The living space is located two steps deeper than the entrance and is devided into dining area, kitchen and living room and is seperated through a glazed loggia.   The Staircase meanders through the different Storys what generats different situations with exciting visual relations.
