The client approached the studio with a request to create a modern, comfortable apartment for everyday living, free from unnecessary details. The goal was to integrate functional household elements into the interior without compromising its visual cohesion or causing an unjustified increase in the budget.
The space is designed for living, relaxing, working, and hosting guests. The apartment includes storage systems, a laundry area, and a separate study that can double as an additional guest bedroom when needed.
The project began with an apartment that already featured the developer’s standard finishes. A key design element is the study, enclosed by sliding glass partitions; when opened, it merges with the living room, allowing the space to be adapted for various uses.
An art installation at the end of the hallway serves both a decorative purpose and as a light source for three interconnected zones.
