The architectural project was born with the request for a recreational and leisure shelter for own use or to be rented for seasons in the city of Cañada de Gómez, province of Santa Fe, in a sector of the city where there is an abundance of weekend homes. This led to adopt as a fundamental premise the withdrawal of the construction towards the back of the lot to generate a generous park in front, dominated by a swimming pool. Thus, the garden offers at first sight a feeling of spaciousness, enjoyment and serenity.

The house proposes a geometric game that links the functional packages: public, private and gallery. Its particularity is the presence of two sloping roofs that do not form a gable roof, nor are they linked in ridge tiles, nor have tiles as in traditional villas, but propose an atypical and striking volumetry. It also invites you to walk around the house both inside and outside to understand and appreciate its particular set of pieces. And, on the other hand, it gives a distinctive character to the work as a landmark in the neighborhood.

The color white dominates both the exterior and the interior of the house, providing luminosity and a sense of austere purity that defines each of the rooms. This chromatic choice allows the materiality to emerge as the protagonist, highlighting shapes and textures that enrich the spatial experience. At the same time, the materials used require little maintenance, a detail designed for the intended vacation and recreational use.
