Renovation of an apartment in Lavis of approximately 90 m2.
The project was developed on the idea of a green line, a central volume (core) around which the various rooms from the living area develop: entrance, kitchen, dining room and living room. The central volume, serving space and connective element of the rooms, organizes and divides the small apartment. The equipped columns for the kitchen, the wardrobe at the entrance and the portal to the living area.
Inside the core there is a small bathroom serving the living area.
The distribution of the rest of the house has been completely rethought to adapt to the needs of the new owners; 2 generous bedrooms, 1 bathroom with laundry, and a study.
