Casa SC is conceived as a contemporary retreat that establishes a seamless dialogue with its natural surroundings. Nestled within a mature pine forest, the residence embraces the landscape through a restrained architectural language, where clean horizontal lines, generous cantilevers and carefully framed views define the living experience.

The project is organized as a series of interconnected volumes that balance openness and privacy. Extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing natural light to shape the spaces throughout the day while reinforcing the visual connection with the surrounding vegetation. A central courtyard acts as the heart of the house, bringing daylight deep into the interior and creating a tranquil outdoor room that enhances spatial continuity.

Materiality plays a fundamental role in expressing the project's identity. Exposed concrete, dark timber cladding, natural stone and expansive glass surfaces are combined to create a refined yet understated palette that harmonizes with the forest setting. The warm timber ceilings and carefully selected interior finishes introduce a sense of
