Elgi St Martin

Elgi is a fast casual restaurant chain that serves salads composed or made to order. With 6 shops in Paris we were asked to imagine the upcoming shops identity.


GREEN BUT URBAN

Aimed at an urban clientele, the reference to vegetables is here deliberately technical. It is more a matter of assuming the controlled and standardized aspect of this agriculture than pretending an archaic factitious agriculture.


In the manner of greenhouse cultivation, steel poles punctuate the space and support signage, lighting fixtures, a large communal table as well as planter inviting nature within the restaurant. The lines are straight, clean and radical in the manner of field cultivation. Efficiency and simplicity are assumed. The mirrors multiply the space. Green tiles, raw concrete flooring and orange leather banquettes bring freshness to the whole space.
