Kilburn Nightingale designed new library facilities for Emmanuel College Cambridge. This involved refurbishment and renovation of the existing library buildings and wrapping the existing 1970’s extension in a new façade. This provides additional reader’s spaces and enhanced environmental conditions. Facilities generally have been rationalised and improved making the Library more accessible and environmentally responsive.
