Excel optical corporation

Within the eyewear's distric, BAUM renewed the factory of Excel optical corporation. The lead architect Daisuke Kishina aimed to configurate a flexible and balance space that would have targeted young and dynamic offices as the client requested.

The brief included a series of functional requirements ranging from conventional small office units to meeting rooms, but also a more private cluster for the accounting  operations.
