Holla Advocaten are a law firm with a genuine interest in the people behind their cases. They have offices in 's-Hertogenbosch and Eindhoven. The firm asked DZAP to revamp the office concept and feel of their existing office in 's-Hertogenbosch. Particularly the public areas, such as the reception, meeting and lunch areas, were in need of a new look and feel. Keywords for the interior design were intimate, contemporary, light, transparent, socially dynamic, open, personable and humorous. We have tried to incorporate these traits as much as possible in the new interior.
The steel frames, large glass walls and modern, black conference chairs combine beautifully with the wooden library and wooden conference tables. All this adds up to a great interplay of various materials that leads to a modern, fresh and warm interior. The large boardroom has been fitted with a large-sized conference table, at which no less than 18 people can be seated in black, comfortable chairs.
The corridor that leads to the various meeting rooms has been fitted with a single large open tailor-made cabinet that serves as a library. Old books and statutes have been neatly organised here, turning the division between the corridor and boardroom into a real eye-catcher.
In collaboration with the building owner, we also carried out a complete overhaul of the lobby and a major renovation of the lift corridor, so that these areas now offer an open and light, welcoming experience to visitors and staff. In addition, the sanitary facilities were updated to fresh, white spaces with black finishings.
The result is a warm, fresh and contemporary office where staff and visitors alike feel welcome and at ease.
