This recent commission involve the renovation of the existing meditation centre, occupied in an old residential structure. With an adjacent side facing the main road on the ground floor, it has a quiet courtyard at the back and a mezzanine floor. Within the premises, the client aimed to accommodate two multifunctional mediation/lecture halls, a kitchen and serving area, a library, an administration office, two suites for guest lecturer and three classrooms. The design intent will be to create very dark and seamless interior enclosure for the meditation centre, to minimise distraction and ease the yoga practitioner to concentrate. The use of dark wood also create a relaxing atmosphere for the meditation centre.

The project is currently in Schematic Design stage (RIBA Stage D).
