The project stems from the desire to create a single-family residence that not only meets functional needs but also interprets, in a contemporary way, the relationship with its context and the quality of living. The building is developed over two levels and strategically occupies the lot, maximizing its exposure and orientation to offer privacy, comfort, and a strong relationship with the private garden.
The architectural composition arises from the synthesis between the internal distribution logic and the dialogue with natural light: two outdoor areas emerge, distinct in function and character. To the south, a large portico with expansive glazing opens onto the greenery, extending the living space and creating a continuous environment between interior and exterior. To the north, the volume closes off, becoming a protective and silent barrier toward the adjacent properties.
The ground floor is organized according to a logic of well-defined micro-functions: to the east are the service and wellness areas, including a laundry room, a bathroom, a private study, and a sauna area with a relaxation zone. To the west is a gym with its own dedicated bathroom, also accessible from the outdoor pool and the portico, directly connected to the service kitchen.
