The singular volumetry of this house answers to a complex plot geometry. Besides the marked slope of the topography, the site is located in a curve, so the plot narrows as it descends.

For this reason, a house on three levels is proposed, made up of three prismatic volumes, which adapt to the natural terrain and rotate on the same axis at the end to form a kind of stepped fan. In this way, each of the floors optimizes the constructed area and benefits from the best orientation, obtaining impressive views over the Mediterranean Sea from each of the interior spaces. The materiality of the facades is respectful of the environment to favor proper integration.

Inside, the materials and elements have been precisely chosen to combine avant-garde with warmth, creating a pleasant atmosphere that combines perfectly with natural light, undoubtedly the protagonist, and the unbeatable views of the surroundings.
