Wellcome to our new interior design of the huge spacious 970 sq.m. villa to be build in 2024. Crafted for a young family with 2 kids, this villa is an embodiment of modern elegance and serene luxury.
In this section, we'll delve into the design of the first floor of the villa, and, should it pique your interest, in upcoming posts we will showcase the equally luxurious spa area complete with a pool, hammam, and sauna, as well as the second floor with its opulent bedroom suites and children's rooms.
First photos are showacsing the living room wich is designed with a harmonious blend of natural materials and organic shapes, creating an inviting atmosphere. The use of light and shadow, the strategic placement of contemporary art, and a palette of soft neutrals with textures that range from the plush sofas to the sleek marble fireplace all contribute to a sense of understated opulence. This room is created not to be just a visual delight but also a tactile experience, designed for comfort and sophistication.
The entrance hall of this villa is a statement in modern luxury, characterized by clean lines and elegant materials. A marble-topped console table, supported by a uniquely sculpted base, anchors the space. Above, striking art pieces are flanked by sophisticated vertical lighting, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. The hall's design sets a tone of understated elegance, welcoming residents and guests into the home with style.
We've also tried to create the staircase, combining functionality with high-end design. Floating white steps provide a stark contrast to the rich, wooden wall paneling and dark marble flooring, creating an exquisite visual dynamic. A bronze sculpture stands sentinel at the base, adding an artistic touch to the space.
There is also a homme office on the first floor which merges functionality with design finesse. Anchored by a sleek, modern desk, design by our company specialy for this project, that faces outwards to the lush greenery, it's a space where inspiration is nurtured by the natural surroundings. A unique shelving system with integrated lighting adds a touch of warmth, ensuring this workspace is as stylish as it is practical, perfect for fostering productivity and creativity in a serene environment.
The dining room of the villa exudes a contemporary elegance, anchored by a grand table with a marble top at its heart, inviting communal gatherings. The sophisticated herringbone flooring and the chic, upholstered chairs add warmth and texture, while minimalist lighting elements hang above, enhancing the room's modern aesthetic.
The villa's kitchen is a symphony of sophistication and functionality. A central island with a textured marble front becomes the focal point, offering both a workspace and a casual dining spot.
