NOVE, located in Munich's Arnulfpark, is an office building designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS, Antonio Citterio, and Patricia Viel. This LEED Platinum-certified building prioritizes sustainability and offers approximately 27,500 square meters of workspace, accommodating around 1,300 employees.

While primarily an office space, the ground floor incorporates a restaurant, bar, retail outlets, showrooms, and conference facilities. Completed in 2017, in just about two years, the skyscraper is composed of nine floors with appx. 1,300 work stations, an ample and airy full-height glazed lobby, and roof terraces that overlook the Alps.

The facade is a strong point that enhances its aesthetics and its architectural peculiarity, which stands out thanks to bronzed golden aluminum frames. They give the building a particular depth, dynamism, and a three-dimensional effect.

The elegant and bright interiors include common areas that disposition inspires relaxation and collaboration, while the upper floors are reserved for work privacy.

The building features two distinct courtyards: one incorporating water features and meeting areas, and another designed by Enzo Enea as a tranquil, zen-like space. Internal courtyards, gardens, and terraces harmoniously complete the office spaces, giving the image of a unique, flexible, and pleasant living/working environment.

The upper floors offer office spaces with terraces and roof gardens, complemented by a green roof. The building's architectural design incorporates angular elements, two inner courtyards, and seven stairwells.

A prominent feature is the 23-meter-tall glass atrium, which serves as the building's central hub, connecting all ground-floor amenities. Office spaces are available for lease, ranging from smaller 400 square meters to entire multi-floor configurations. Spaces exceeding 2,400 square meters are also available.

Spatial arrangements of interior spaces invite collaboration, casual encounters, and relaxation, while upper floors are reserved for quiet working.

Amongst the materials used for the interiors, the Grigio Alpi gives a unique tone and elegance to the large ventilated walls in the common areas of the various floors, in the multi-purpose reception and meeting rooms, and several other passage areas for a total of 4,000 square meters of stone.

The NOVE has achieved LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Designed as a Green Building, Nove also received the European Property Award in the category of “Best Development of Office Building,” recognizing excellence in the real estate sector for its innovative design and sustainable features.
