Office center “STONE Leninskii”

The concept was based on the contrast between the lightness of the stylobate, which is associated with air, and the monumentality of the ground level, which symbolizes matter. The weightlessness of the stylobate is reflected in the use of light and translucent forms, simple space-planning solutions and the light-colored greenery. Design solutions for the stylobate are inscribed in a grid, which forms a clear landscaping structure and is tied to the plasticity of the facade. Amorphous forms of greenery dilute the overall severity of the space.

Original furniture design reflects the main idea of the concept. Light and simple forms made of thin and translucent materials support the effect of airiness of the space and logically complete the appearance of the stylobate.

One of the main features of the stylobate is the open space pavilion. It is divided into a public space and a more private “zoom booths,” offering a more private and personal space for focused work. By incorporating existing ventilation shafts that were located on the pavilion site into the design, they became decorated glass columns that reflect the aesthetics of the Zoom booth.

The ground floor is a monumental part of the project, which symbolizes matter. The combination of matte black metal and dark granite cladding complements the dark facade of the ground floors and contrasts with the lightness of the upper levels. The design of the space is based on the features of the place: a narrow corridor space and a staircase with a difference in relief on the main facade formed a common linear structure. Amphitheaters are its logical continuation.
