The villa is located in the charming Omsheh village near Sangar town, in the beautiful Gilan province of Iran. It has a generous area of approximately 70 square meters and includes two main rooms as well as a spacious veranda. The first room not only leads to the main entrance and kitchen but also provides access to the veranda. The second room functions as a cozy bedroom complete with its toilet and bathroom, benefiting from ample natural light streaming in from the veranda. A corridor seamlessly connects the second room to the main room.

The villa's sloping roof is artfully supported by multiple pillars, elevating it with a clearance of 45 cm above the walls. This design maximizes natural lighting by strategically positioning the windows between the wall and the ceiling. Furthermore, a skylight positioned in the center of the main room's ceiling acts as a stunning source of natural illumination. The wooden roof, intricately latticed, boasts a unique design in its connections with the windows and pillars, ensuring precise and consistent assembly. All the villa's relatively thick walls are load-bearing and effectively manage the roof load using a system of pillars and beams.

Constructed from standard building bricks, the villa's internal and external walls are adorned with a serene pale pink hue. The external covering of the sloping roof, along with the rest of the wooden constructions such as the fences, windows, and doors, features a delightful shade of green. Notably, the internal wooden beams and lattice roof retain their natural wood color, adding an element of warmth and character to the interior.
