Conversion from warehouse to housing and officePurchased a 4-story steel-frame warehouse located in Kita-ku, Osaka, and converted it as a home + office. This warehouse, built in 1983, has been used as a warehouse for knitted products. Located 700m west of JR Osaka Station, this area is densely populated with miscellaneous buildings such as office buildings, high-rise apartments and warehouses.

In this environment, when a building that had been used as a warehouse for a long period of 32 years was renewed as a house, the space between the house and office was placed in the image of being stored in a warehouse. The first floor has been reduced to a parking space, the second floor has an office, the third floor has an LDK, and the fourth floor has a bedroom and water area.

Material Used:

1. The outer wall is ALC + painted finish

2. Floor is protectively painted on concrete

3. The walls are painted and diatomaceous earth painted
