There is a spectacular view of the valley and the city.
A modern single-family house with an area of 350 m2 was built in Starachowice, a city located on the border of the Swietokrzyskie Mountains and the Ilzeckie Foothills. The location of the plot is unique, it is located on the northern slope of the slope, with a spectacular view of the Pasternik lake, surrounding the valley and the center of Starachowice city. Due to the orientation of the plot and the preferred viewing frames towards the north, architects were looking for a way to illuminate the house and its living area of the daytime southern sun. Solutions appear to be cut inside the building's patio - the sun illuminates the northwest living room and dining room.. The patio is also the entrance and a representative part of the house.
