Philips has decided to focus its strategic position in the Eindhoven region on a limited number of complexes. Following a feasibility study, DHV architects was commissioned to create a masterplan which provides for a 35.000 m² extension of the current site of Philips Healthcare in Best.

The purpose of the new masterplan is to increase the attractiveness of the site, offering an inspiring working environment and providing a structural solution regarding space requirements for production, development and sales. Additionally, the masterplan offers flexibility in order to respond to the ever changing market.
