A residence in Chamartín with views and large open spaces. The complete renovation of this home reorganizes and clarifies the spaces with spaciousness and plenty of natural light. The premium finishes, without being flashy, provide warmth and a sense of calm and home. The large windows that illuminate and ventilate these spacious areas enhance the views of the nearby major avenues.

The articulation of spaces is achieved through a simple concatenation of areas arranged by privacy, generating orderly and coherent circulations. Additionally, special attention has been given to the transitions between spaces. For instance, the connection between the living-dining area and the kitchen is made through an oak wood frame that conceals and adds warmth, making this threshold part of the living area, or the large interior sliding doors that allow for great versatility in daily use.

The flooring is natural wood planks that match the rest of the custom wood carpentry with personalized moldings, unifying the home's aesthetic and harmonizing with the kitchen area and other rooms. The bathrooms have been meticulously designed, with tones intended to provide serenity and calm.
