At the gateway to the Mercantour National Park, this tourist accommodation project is situated at the heart of a thermal, tourist, and leisure activity zone. Designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing thermal spa, the new residence offers 49 units intended for spa guests and visitors to the site, which can accommodate up to 2,500 people per year.

The buildings are distinguished by their fragmented and detached volumes, set upon a base that blends into the landscape. Linked by an exterior walkway and interior galleries, these volumes form a contemporary hamlet, fostering both privacy and conviviality. Each unit benefits from views of the surrounding landscape, thanks to terraces and pathways that follow the natural slope. The proposed unit types alternate between units integrated into the terrain, landscaped and discreet, and traditional-style "barns," affirming the project's unique character and its connection to the Alpine heritage. The overall effect is a balance between functional modernity and local authenticity.

The architectural design relies on a palette of materials typical of the mountains: wood, stone, and zinc. The facades, alternating wood and zinc cladding, mineral plaster, and openwork screens, play on diversity and complementarity to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. Green roofs and planted terraces contribute to the harmonious landscape and the integration of the project into its natural surroundings. The exterior features—awnings, pergolas, large wooden terraces, and pedestrian walkways—reinforce the idea of strolling and openness to nature, while offering residents a restful, bright living environment in perfect harmony with the exceptional Mercantour site.
