RA House is located in a residential area in the middle of Makassar City, precisely on Jalan Borong Raya. This area is congested with vehicles especially during peak hours of work activities such as morning and evening. This happens because it has a very strategic location and connects between areas of Makassar City and as an alternative road. However, this situation can be overcome because the location of the house is in the rearmost position in the residential area.

RA House is a house designed for a young family with 2 children. This house has 2
bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 living room that integrates with the family room and 1 kitchen
that leads directly to the garden. This house has an open garden behind the center of the house as a source of natural lighting and air circulation. The house is designed with a minimalist concept, maximizing the use of glass as window and door openings. Monochrome colors on the walls and other architectural elements make this house more consistent in concept.

The interesting thing about this house is the construction process that uses the concept of a growing house. The house was originally designed for 2 floors in terms of function and structure, to accommodate the needs of the family in the future. Where the 2nd floor will consist of 2 children's bedrooms and 1 more private family room. However, the initial stage was built with 1 floor according to current needs, where the occupants of the house were able to live in their own homes.
