Set on a corner lot within Nordelta’s nautical neighborhood, El Yacht, this house is anchored in the uniqueness of its location: a rectangular plot with the opportunity to open its longest side toward the water.

The ground floor is programmatically resolved as a concrete box that houses the common areas, above which rests a pure white volume containing the private spaces. The upper floor, with a triangular geometry, extends its longest side to the east, capturing the best views and visually prolonging the horizon line.

Private spaces are located on the upper level, while the common areas occupy the ground floor, where large glazed panels open toward the water, integrating the interior with the exterior.

The contrast between exposed concrete, vertical aluminum wood-look cladding, and clean white planes enhances the reading of the composition: a grounded base and a lighter upper volume, as if floating in the air.

The structure, entirely made of reinforced concrete, allows for large overhangs that give lightness and a sense of flight to the edges of the volume—evoking the prow of a sailboat cutting through the water.
