This project focused its development in 3 basic and unalterable stones: the outside management of the existent buildings (its inside in ruins, not only showed structurally untastable, inadequate and unhealthy.
The improvement of the public space and create green and comfortable gardens to the existent residents was our main focus.
Together with all of this we saw the necessity of the enlargement of the existent construction areas to create a possibility of T4 and T5 housing.
