From its conceptualization, Stellar aimed to reflect a modern, cosmopolitan lifestyle, designed to resonate with urban living today. This vision shapes every detail of its design, from the layout of its façade to the selection of materials and functional solutions.
Stellar stands tall with 13 floors in total. The first three floors are allocated for office spaces, while the upper floors are designated for residential use. Two underground levels accommodate parking and house essential building installations.
The façade design features soft lines that wrap around the spaces, while the ground floors incorporate bold geometric shapes to create visual interest. The façade’s finish is designed with a mix of materials. The lower three stories, accessible to the public, feature a modern structural glazing. Above, where the living spaces are located, the façade transitions to composite aluminum panels in a brick color with a chameleon effect. This blend of materials and design elements gives the building a unique look.
Our architects have designed 71 apartments with diverse layouts, focusing on maximizing available space. Each apartment is designed to prioritize functionality, comfort, and natural light access.
