Landmark Tower III is located in Nizami street in Baku. It was completed in 2008. It has 26 floors and it is an office building. There is also a hotel in 9th and 10th floors. The aluminium systems that were used at the Project are the Curtain wall systems M6 and M2, As far as the the building envelope of the project the system that was used is the J-Bond.
