Designing a single yet segregated home for the same family can be truly challenging, but the CAS design team definitely did the best for the Twin Courtyard modern home in Muscat, Oman. The idea was to design a twin-courtyard villa that artfully merges the two segregated parts of the home in a creative way. Although, the exterior embodies a modern contemporary aesthetic, the actual concept of courtyards is quite ancient. Furthermore, the plan and layout respect the Arabic-Islamic aspects of design. Overall, this home features a seamless architectural combination of the modern-traditional execution in quite a wonderful way.
