The project consists in the complete renovation of a 1960s two floor house, to which a new single level pavilion, entirely dedicated to wellness spaces, is annexed. The two buildings are connected by a visual and distributive axis running along the entire project, generating views and perspectives that, starting from the garden facing the street, lead to the private south facing courtyard, crossing the patio that separates the two buildings.

The open space pavilion is organized around a wooden volume that hosts the service spaces and emerges from a monochrome paving in white travertine. In these spaces a swimming pool, a small gym and meeting / lunch areas find place.

Externally a large porch with a flared ceiling protects the environment and connects three sides of the volume generating light and shadows that vary during the day, highlighting the supporting structures covered in walnut travertine.

Framed by this measured and discreet atmosphere, ultramarine-blue metal parts are inserted, composing a helicoidal staircase, columns, a chimney and doors and windows.
